The Niagara Falls Community Health Centre (NFCHC) is non-profit, interdisciplinary health care organization that provides primary health care, social services, and dental, all under one roof at no cost.

We operate from a team-based model of care where clients are supported by an interdisciplinary team (not one healthcare provider). We strive to service our local community with a specialized focus on individuals that have barriers to care and to provide accessible, integrated care. We are a progressive team who value innovation, diversity and inclusion, and passion for upstream healthcare.
