Our Outreach Team at NFCHC offers a number of ways to support the community through advocacy, support, and free workshops.

Outreach Workers at NFCHC are open to the entire community.
Call reception at 905-356-4222 and they will connect you with one of our Outreach Workers.
An Outreach Worker can assist people in several ways including, but not limited to:
• Completing applications for housing
• Income assistance
• Education and governmental documents
• Senior support and system navigation (CPP, OAS, GIS)
• Assistance obtaining birth certificate
• Supporting at risk children and youth
• Supporting underhoused/homeless
• Connect with community resources
• Assist with system navigation
• Landlord/tenant support
• Support for parents and families
• Income tax
