The Niagara Falls Community Health Centre currently has a Refugee Care Team to support the growing refugee population in Niagara Falls. Please see the information below to find out more about what we can do for you.
What can we help you with?
Connect patients and families with healthcare services.
Advocate and enhance communication between patients and families, clinical staff, & service providers.
Connect with programs and resources in the community for Newcomers and Refugees.
Assist clients with language barriers on forms, at appointments, etc.
Refugee Walk-in Clinics at NFCHC
These walk-in clinics are not for current patients of NFCHC.
Registration opens at 3:30pm
Registration opens at 8:30am
Please bring Interim Federal Health documents.
Free parking, bus tickets available, & translation and health navigation available.

WEDNESDAY MARCH 27TH
