Our Counselling Team at the Niagara Falls Community Health Centre (NFCHC) offer both short-term individual counselling and mental health workshops.
We collaborate with you to improve your well-being using strengths-based counselling, tailored to your unique needs.

Our counselling services are provided on a short-term basis by either a Registered Psychotherapist or a Registered Social Worker. Their credentials do not include providing a mental health diagnosis, nor prescribing medication.

There is no fee.
All of our counselling services and mental health programming are free.
