Service Description

Grocery shopping in a new country can feel overwhelming, especially when you are trying to understand unfamiliar foods, nutrition labels, prices, and store layouts. This dietitian-led workshop will help newcomers to Canada build confidence with grocery shopping and making healthy, affordable food choices. Participants will learn how to navigate Canadian grocery stores, read and interpret nutrition labels, compare food products, and choose nutritious options that fit their budget, culture, preferences, and lifestyle.
