Service Description

Join our Nordic Pole Walking Group for a fun and supportive way to stay active outdoors. Poles are provided. This group walk will take place at Oakes Park at 5700 Morrison Street. Please meet us there. Please let us know if you are bringing your own poles, and then we can open to more participants. You are also welcome to join just to walk, without poles. Nordic walking uses specially designed poles to engage your upper body while walking, creating a full-body workout that is gentle on the joints. This group is open to all fitness levels and focuses on improving mobility, balance, and overall wellbeing while enjoying fresh air and social connection.
