The Niagara Falls Community Health Centre has a newly constructed dental suite, offering dental services to eligible individuals 18 and older.

The Niagara Falls Community Health Centre has partnered with the Green Door Project to provide no-cost, emergency dental care (this may include an ongoing or immediate emergency) for individuals 18-64 years of age, without coverage for dental care through either private health insurance or any form of social assistance.​

If you are looking for dental care and think you may be eligible, please call the Green Door Project Dental Clinic at 905-356-2288, or the Dental Health Community Worker at 289-969-3900 to determine program eligibility.

The Green Door Project does not cover, dental hygiene appointments (cleanings), major restorative services such as, crowns, bridges, dentures or implants.

(Please note, completed application and most recent Notice of Assessment must be brought in to the Niagara Falls Community Health Centre or faxed to 905-358-8398)


This is a government-funded dental care program providing no cost, routine dental services for eligible low-income seniors who are 65 years of age or older​.   

Coverage includes:


  • Check-ups, including scaling, fluoride and polishing

  • Repairing broken teeth and cavities

  • X-rays

  • Removing teeth or abnormal tissue (oral surgery)

  • Treating infection and pain (endodontic services)

  • Treating gum conditions and diseases (periodontal services)
