Whether you’re new to meditation or have a regular practice, this retreat is designed for all experience levels. What to Expect: Silent Meditation: 2 hours of peaceful, guided meditation to help you find stillness, clarity, and deep relaxation. Journaling: Reflect on your thoughts and experiences during our journaling session, allowing you to process and deepen your practice. Guided Instructions: I’ll guide you through each step of the retreat, ensuring you feel supported, present, and grounded. Come with an open heart and mind, ready to embrace a moment of silence, reflection, and mindfulness.
