COVID-19 Fourth Dose (2nd Booster)

Who Is Eligible?

  • Residents of long-term care homes, retirement homes, elder care lodges and older adults living in other congregate settings (at least 3 months after third dose).

  • Individuals aged 60 and over – must be 60 on the day of your vaccine (Recommended 5 months (minimum of three) after your last dose).

  • First Nation, Inuit and Metis individuals and their non-Indigenous household members aged 18 and over (Recommended 5 months (minimum of three) after your last dose).

  • Individuals 12-17 years old who are moderately to severely immunocompromised (at least 5 months after your third dose).

  • Individuals 18+ who are moderately to severely immunocompromised (at least 3 months after your third dose).

 

How To Book An Appointment?

Appointments can be booked online through the provincial portal at https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/, by phone at 1-833-943-3900, or with your local pharmacy.

If you are looking to book this dose at a shorter interval (3 months versus 6 months), call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900.
